Return and Exchange Conditions
Only in distance sales (sales made over the phone and the internet), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer may return or exchange the product they have purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, in accordance with the procedure written in the preliminary information form and the contract text. Based on this;
Returns will not be accepted for purchased electronic products if a SIM card has been inserted, a Wi-Fi network connection has been established, installation has been carried out, consumables have been used, protective tapes have been removed, activation has been performed, or a user has been created. Furthermore, legal entities and/or individuals acting for commercial or professional purposes cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal or any rights arising from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us verbally by calling our call number 535 650 07 91, by writing to our WhatsApp line at 535 650 07 91, or by sending an e-mail to our e-mail address info@gflight.com.tr.
Within 10 days from the date on which we receive the notice of withdrawal, we undertake to take back the product and pay its price or give you a shopping coupon equal to the price of the product, provided that the product is not damaged and is delivered in full.
After completing your withdrawal notification, you can send the product to our head office address by cargo or deliver it to our nearest store.
For shipping by courier, you can send the product along with its box, invoice, warranty certificate and all accessories to our head office address written on your invoice by calling a courier vehicle to your address by clicking the button below.
Can I return software products?
Software products are strictly non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
What is the return process for consumables?
Consumable products cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. If the product's packaging remains intact, you can return it. If the printer, cartridge, or toner is opened during a return or exchange, the refund or exchange will be processed, minus the cost of the cartridge or toner.
What should I do if my product is missing?
Please check that the box of your product is complete and not damaged during delivery.
If your product is missing, damaged or the packaging is damaged, have the cargo officer write a report and send the order back without accepting it.

How can I get back the money I paid after returning the product?
For your requests that comply with the conditions specified in the return conditions, the product price will be refunded to the account you used for purchase within ten (10) days from the moment the relevant product reaches Gflight Simulator.
Depending on your bank's processes and procedures, it can take an average of two to three weeks for the refund credited to appear as a positive balance on your credit card statement. This process is a general practice, and Gflight Simulator has no right to intervene. If there is a delay in the refund being reflected on your credit card, you can contact your bank for more information.
Return and Exchange Conditions
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers who purchase products through distance sales (via phone or online) have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification or paying a penalty, by following the procedure outlined in the preliminary information form and contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by calling our support number at 535 650 07 91, messaging us via WhatsApp at 535 650 07 91, or sending an email to info@gflight.com.tr .
We commit to refunding the product amount or providing a shopping voucher equivalent to the product value within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches us, provided the product is returned undamaged and complete.
After completing the withdrawal notification process, you may send the product to our central address via courier or deliver it to your nearest store.
For Courier Returns:
Send the product in its box, along with the invoice, warranty certificate, and all accessories, to the central address indicated on your invoice by clicking the button below to arrange a courier to pick it up.
Can I Return Software Products?
Software products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
What is the Return Process for Consumables?

Opened consumables cannot be returned.

If the packaging of the consumable is unopened, you may return it.

For returns or exchanges involving printers, if the consumable (cartridge or toner) has been opened, the cost of the cartridge or toner will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
What Should I Do If My Product is Incomplete?
Check if the product box is damaged during delivery and ensure all parts are present.
If the product is incomplete, damaged, or has faulty packaging, ask the courier to prepare a report and return the product without accepting it.

How Will I Receive My Refund After the Return Process?
If your return meets the specified conditions, the product amount will be refunded to the account used for the purchase within 10 days from the moment Gflight Simulator receives the product.
For refunds to credit cards, it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for the amount to reflect as a positive balance on your statement, depending on your bank's procedures. This is a standard banking process, and Gflight Simulator cannot intervene. If there are delays in reflecting the refund on your credit card, please contact your bank for detailed information.
