Delivery Conditions
Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank confirmation. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to ************, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Delivery times for specially produced products vary depending on the manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are stated on the product pages.
If there is a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies.
You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be notified of the first date the product will be in stock.
