ARTICLE 1.2 - BUYER

The person who is a registered member of the shopping site gflight.com.tr as a customer. The address and contact details used during registration are taken as the basis.

ARTICLE 2 FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO SALE

The essential features of the goods or services are available at www.gflight.com.tr. You can review the basic characteristics of the product during the campaign period.

The prices listed and advertised on the site are the selling prices. The advertised prices and promises remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the specified time ends.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method, and order information at the time the order is finalized constitute the characteristics of the product.

The shipping cost for the product, which is the delivery fee, is to be paid by the BUYER and is non-refundable.

ARTICLE 3 GENERAL TERMS

3.1) The BUYER declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information about the basic qualities of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and delivery information on the www.gflight.com.tr website, and has confirmed these electronically. By confirming this Preliminary Information electronically, the BUYER acknowledges that they have obtained the correct and complete information required by the SELLER before the distance sales contract.

3.2) The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization indicated at the specified address within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, and not exceeding the legal 30-day period.

3.3) The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the courier company cannot deliver the product to the BUYER due to any issues during delivery.

3.4) The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in a complete, intact manner, matching the specified characteristics, and with warranty documents and user manuals if applicable.

3.5) The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price if the performance obligation of the contract cannot be met, provided they inform the BUYER and receive their explicit approval before the obligation period ends.

3.6) If the product or service cannot be fulfilled due to impossibility, the SELLER informs the consumer before the performance obligation period ends and refunds the total amount to the BUYER within 10 days.

3.7) It is a requirement to confirm this Preliminary Information Form electronically for product delivery. If the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to have been released from the delivery obligation.

3.8) If the BUYER’s credit card is used illegally or without authorization due to no fault of the BUYER, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

3.9) If delivery cannot be made within the deadline due to force majeure, adverse weather, or interruptions in transport, the SELLER will inform the BUYER. The BUYER can cancel the order, request a replacement product, or extend the delivery time.

ARTICLE 4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without any legal or penal liability and without any justification. This right does not apply to software purchased with hardware or separately sold software.

To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period. The product must not be used as per the provisions of Article 5. Upon exercising this right:

a) The invoice of the product delivered to the BUYER or a third party must be returned.
b) The return form must be completed.
c) The product must be returned with its box, packaging, and all standard accessories intact and undamaged.
d) The SELLER refunds the total amount within 10 days and retrieves the product within 20 days.

The shipping cost for returning the product is borne by the SELLER for domestic orders and by the BUYER for international orders.

ARTICLE 5 PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The return of products that are prepared according to the BUYER’s requests or personal needs, products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and products with the risk of rapid deterioration or expiry date are not allowed. Additionally, returns of audio or video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables are not possible if their packaging has been opened.

ARTICLE 6 DEFAULT OF DEBTOR

In case the BUYER defaults, they agree to compensate the SELLER for any damages due to delayed performance.

ARTICLE 7 COMPETENT COURT

In the application of this Preliminary Information, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where the BUYER purchased the product or resides have jurisdiction, based on the limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
